Do I pay you a fee to use this service?

No. We are paid a fee from the dealer that wins your business, so there is no charge to you.

Will my information be shared with every dealer that submits a quote?

No. You will remain anonymous and your personal information will remain confidential. We only share your details with the dealership that wins your business, so they can contact you directly.

Once I have placed my order, do we say goodbye?

No. We will remain a point of contact until your new car arrives. Upon ordering your car you are provided with our support email address to direct any queries regarding your order.

Can you help me finance my new car?

Yes. We have access to a panel of over 40 lenders Australia wide. We can help with personal or commercial finance, and have experienced consultants that can help structure your loan to best suit your needs and budget.

Can you help me trade in my existing car?

Sure can! We have a large network of buyers all around Australia that are always looking for new stock. We can have multiple buyers bidding on your old wheels without you even having to leave your home.

Once I submit my enquiry, how soon should I expect to receive pricing?

Once we have confirmed your enquiry, it will be sent to our network immediately. We generally expect pricing back within 2-3 days, although it is often much sooner.

Once I have accepted an offer, do I pay you or the dealership?

All funds (deposit and final balance) is payable to the dealership supplying your new car. You do not pay us anything at any stage.

Is your pricing "driveaway"?

Yes. All prices provided include 12 months registration, all government charges and any requested accessories.

If I order through The Car Concierge, what happens to my new car warranty?

Ordering through The Car Concierge does not change or affect your warranty in any way.
